Kimberly Rezarch is a trauma survivor, social worker, and creator of the Trauma Response Syndrome Model (TRS Model)—a trauma resolution framework born out of both lived experience and professional expertise.

Kimberly’s early life was marked by profound trauma, years of misdiagnosis, and overmedication within the mental health system. Through determination, motherhood, and a turning point diagnosis of Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), she began her path toward healing. She earned her Master of Social Work and transformed her pain into purpose, dedicating her life to helping others break free from cycles of trauma and misdiagnosis.

Today, Kimberly is the co-founder of One Planet Healing and Retreat Within Intensives, where she offers advocacy, trauma education, and direct care. Her mission is to empower survivors, repair generational wounds, and redefine what true trauma recovery looks like.

Savannah Woodard is a trauma survivor, healer, and advocate who has turned her lived experience into a source of strength and service. Growing up in a highly traumatizing environment, she faced addiction, abuse, and loss—yet discovered the power of resilience, spirituality, and whole-body healing.

After surviving a near-fatal overdose and later the devastating loss of her husband to medical malpractice, Savannah transformed her pain into purpose. She became a Trauma Response Syndrome Model Specialist, Reiki Master, and Ashtanga Yoga teacher. Today, she integrates trauma-informed care, nutrition, and embodied practices to help others reclaim their power.

Savannah is the co-founder of One Planet Healing, co-creator of Retreat Within Intensives, and founder of Enlighten Catering, which provides catering  and education centered around nervous system regulation and longevity.

Her mission is to empower those who feel betrayed by systems and to guide survivors toward mind-body-spirit healing. This mission lead her to the creation of The Badge of Honor Program which provides trauma-informed training to organizations that want to make a more significant impact through trauma-informed care. We believe that a trauma-informed perspective on a macro level will expedite the shift necessary to end the trauma epidemic.

IF YOU WANT TO EFFECTIVELY RESOLVE YOUR TRAUMA.
